M177 ECU Tune
The M177 engine is one of AMG’s most capable powerplants, yet from the factory it is heavily restricted by conservative ECU calibration. These limitations are put in place for emissions compliance, drivetrain protection, and global fuel quality — not performance.
The DTK M177 ECU Tune removes those restrictions and safely unlocks the engine’s true potential while preserving OEM-level drivability, cold-start behavior, and long-term reliability.
Every vehicle is tuned individually from scratch. We do not use off-the-shelf or “one-size-fits-all” files.

What the ECU Tune Does
Our ECU calibration optimizes all critical engine parameters to deliver smooth, repeatable, and reliable performance gains:
•Optimized boost pressure and boost control strategy
•Refined ignition timing for higher torque output
•Calibrated fueling for safe operation under load
•Reworked throttle mapping for sharper response
•Factory speed limiter removed (where applicable)
•Improved power delivery across the entire RPM range
The result is an engine that feels more responsive, stronger everywhere in the powerband, and significantly more aggressive under full throttle — without sacrificing daily usability.

Power Gains
Power gains depend on vehicle model, fuel quality, and supporting modifications.
Typical results on stock hardware:
•+120–150 horsepower
•+150–200 lb-ft of torque
With bolt-on upgrades such as downpipes, intakes, and higher-octane fuel, gains increase substantially.
