The M156 naturally aspirated V8 is one of AMG’s most iconic engines, known for its character, sound, and high-revving nature. From the factory, however, the calibration is conservative, prioritizing emissions compliance, smoothness, and component longevity over outright performance.
The DTK M156 ECU Tune refines the factory calibration to extract more power, sharper response, and improved drivability — all while maintaining OEM reliability and daily usability.
Each vehicle is tuned individually, based on its exact configuration. No generic or off-the-shelf files are used.
